Cultured Compass is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Given that the platform features nightlife and venue content, you represent that you are at least 18 years old when you use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By submitting venue nominations, reviews, or other content, you grant Cultured Compass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it.

• Spamming, scraping, or automated abuse of the service
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent venue information
• Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful behavior toward other users or venues
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of the service

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings, hours, or venue details are accurate or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cultured Compass and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
